The Sumarocca family has pioneered sustainable farming techniques and championed viticultural diversity for generations. Grapes are always 100% estate grown and produced by the Family that owns the land. The vines are farmed sustainably and Organic and never irrigated.
Finally only “mosto flor” free-run juice (never pressed) is vinified and aged in bottle for at least 14 on the lees before disgorging. This cuvee’ is blended in October every year. Primarily Parrellada and Xarel-lo with at least 10% Chardonnay. A fresh, balanced and elegant Cava that drinks like a Blanc de Blanc Champagne.
